You are the result of what you believe you are!

Have you ever thought that we are the owners of our professional history and that the responsibility for the choices and paths we take is part of what we believe?
I was already a beginner in my career, I worked in different areas, held different positions, I dreamed of positions in several areas and sectors that I didn't even know well and often had no idea what it was about. I dreamed of being head of some area and owning my own business.
This led me to make many decisions that helped me achieve my goals, however, so many other decisions were so far out of the way that I didn't even know which one was right. Today, I see how much I've grown by being always obstinate and having a single focus; own my own business. Something I achieved with a lot of effort and 100% dedication. I had to give up a lot of things along the way, I gave a lot of headbutt, mainly because I always made sure I knew what I was doing and also because I was sure I would always make it. In a way, it helped me and at the same time it also hindered me.
Today, I continue to think this way, however, I am much more cautious and aware in my decision-making, life experience makes me have a broader view of business and consider some issues before taking any step. Even so, I make mistakes sometimes, this is part of growing up and proves how much we can't always have control of situations.
I work with human behavior and development, and I can say that. the difference between people is choices, behavior and character.
What drives is the will to achieve. What makes it happen is resilience. What makes it work is to try, try again, and try again and again, even when you achieve. What motivates is to believe in the inner strength. What makes the difference is the question of wanting. Wanting more than others is what makes a human being able to move forward even when he falls. What makes you happy is wanting to be happy and accepting happiness in small things. What makes you grow is to seek improvement throughout your life. What makes you successful is being smart and seeking help to build a trajectory.
Pope John Paul II has said over and over again: “You will have some failures – we all fail. But there is no reason to lower the expectation level. Get up, dust yourself off, seek forgiveness and reconciliation, and keep trying. But never settle for being less than the noble human being, leader and example you can be.”
Your career development will depend on the choices you make to achieve what you want to be. We are who we want to be. The power of our mind is able to lead the best we have, however, if we lose our focus, the life we dream of is lost in the middle of the way.
Every time you look back, you will be able to see the choices you have made so far, the chance to improve or adjust what you have become, will be your stronghold for growth and motivation, instead of using the past as form of justification for some frustrations and failures that he had at some moments of his journey. The past can be used in a positive way when you potentiate what you want to change.
A story can have many characters, each with their own role and function. You are the result of what you believe yourself to be.
