Executive Coaching

The Executive Coaching process is suitable for managers and leaders, as it supports the Coachee to identify blind spots, new perspectives and leverage points.
Coaching can help the Coachee to reflect on his motivation, strengths and points to improve. When identifying these points, the Coachee selects the ones he wants to work on and, therefore, increases his self-development, consequently greater result. The Coaching process makes the Coachee think strategically, look for different paths, leave the comfort zone, the common point and strategically develop their management.
Our work is focused on the goal proposed by the Company, developing characteristics and behavioral skills of each Coachee.
Our differential is in working with the company's competence model and aligning with the established goal. In this way we apply the tools necessary to work on the behavioral characteristics and skills of the Coachee.
The Coachee throughout the process is able to develop himself, and its evolution is clear. Through the reports of the tools applied throughout the process, the company is able to measure the expected results.
