I arrived in the USA , what now?

One of the greatest challenges of living in the USA is the career transition, in addition to all the necessary adaptations to live in a new country, professional life is a new trajectory for all Brazilian immigrants.

When I came to live in the USA, I went through this process of doubts, fear and uncertainty about how I would position myself professionally. Where to start? Who do I talk to? How will people know who I am? I don't know anyone! Who will help me?

Since I am a specialist in conflict resolution, I started my new professional journey and in time everything got right.

Through my clients, I realized the great challenge of Brazilian immigrants in making a solid career transition or having a promising new business in the USA.

I developed a methodology, where through the process of coaching and mentoring international career, I help Brazilian immigrants in the USA to find and develop their professional life.

Through the mapping of skills, expertise, technical and behavioral skills, it is possible to adjust and adapt skills to discover possible areas of work that fit with the professional experiences acquired throughout the career.

Working the Brazil X USA mindset is one of the fundamental pillars of this process. Emotional intelligence is developed and applied.

Through the analysis of the behavioral profile and emotional intelligence, knowledge, skills and attitudes will be identified, which will help in the development and preparation of the necessary skills that need to be adjusted to enter the job market, open a new business, improve performance or professional adaptation.

The career internationalization coaching process provides the breaking of negative beliefs that influence the emotional and  professional development, such as:

1- Accepting a job you don't like because you believe that the experience gained along your professional career does not fit the American job market.

2- Insecurity to work or go to an interview because of the English language.

3- Believing that you will not be accepted or that you are not prepared to work in the USA.

4- Insecurity to seek new professional challenges and stay at home frustrated, stressed and depressed.

The mapping of the Brazil X USA career, helps to find the professional differential and thus identify the competitive advantage for the American job market.

Leverage points:

1- Assertiveness in choosing a career, profession or type of business.

2- Rescue of self-esteem and safety as a professional.

3- Increased self-development, self-motivation and confidence to deal with the unknown and be able to position yourself professionally in the American job market.

To find the best path for each coachee, we have to  respect the culture and policies of the countries of Brazil and the United States, with a view to fulfilling the services provided in a clear and objective manner, guiding each client how the American labor market works.

The main objective is to provide assertive tools and guidelines so that each coachee can safely decide which profession or career he wants to pursue in the American job market.
