Time management

I've talked to a lot of people about how they're managing their time. Most have a lot of difficulty and end up leaving many tasks undone, which directly affects their productivity and quality of life.
Managing time can be advantageous and bring benefits to life. Each person has their own way of organizing themselves, even if everything looks like a mess. I believe that everyone should find their best way to manage their own time... The only thing that is necessary to maintain a good organizational plan is to understand that discipline is the secret to remarkable time management. The first thing to prioritize is that you are a person and you need help with some tasks. Trying to do everything alone, with the thought that you can handle it, that you can control everything, or even that bothering other people is unnecessary, boom, is already a strong candidate to leave tasks behind and your quality of life is also threatened. Well, I have some tips for putting together a strategic action plan and optimizing time, I remember that each person adapts according to how they choose to live their life, the environment in which they live and work. “ Lack of time is an excuse for those who waste time for lack of methods! ”. Albert Einstein Here are the tips: Organize your routine; these activities, despite being routine, are important to carry out daily activities. Prioritize activities: List your daily activities, divide by order of delivery need, you can also divide by tasks of the week and month. Putting it on an agenda, sheet, spreadsheet, or whatever is best, will help you remember everything, without having to take a lot of effort. The activities that need or can put schedules is another form of organization. If you can set time to complete a task, even better. Plan: Plan goals, objectives, deadlines, results, feedbacks. Design a scenario where you can see and follow everything clearly and objectively.
There is a tool called 5W2H: By answering the questions, they help to define and develop activities.
What – Define what you want to do.
Who - Define who will be responsible for each task, or who can help.
Where - Define where each task will be performed, visualizing is a way to see in a concrete way and makes execution easier.
Whay (why) - Defining the purpose of each task increases the motivation to perform.
When Defining when to do and when to deliver, specifying deadlines is a way to prioritize tasks.
How – Define how you will perform each task, which strategy you will use, how you will use your skills, your knowledge, how you will have more agility and quality in delivery. How much - Be aware of the cost, the budget that is needed to perform each task. I remind you once again that each person defines how they will organize their time, the tips serve as an orientation that will help when necessary. Having focus and maintaining it is a matter of discipline. Always ask yourself: What do I still need to do? What have I done that could improve? What do I need to do to optimize my time? What am I doing that I can ask someone else for help? What do only I can do? What do I do and can I stop doing? At the end of your planning, always evaluate what you can improve to optimize your time even more. “Know thyself, the hardest lesson in this world. ” Plato
