Blending with young professionals is an opportunity to achieve a balance of experiences.

I dedicate this article to HR professionals who identify with the text. When I chose which career to pursue, I was willing to learn, develop skills, act to highlight my work, make a difference to people.

I work in the area of human development, that is, with people. At the beginning of my career in this area, I worked for a few years with recruitment and selection. I have always done a differentiated work with both clients and candidates. The care and service was our special seasoning and made a difference in people's lives.

I was impressed when candidates at the end of the interview asked if he would receive feedback on the selection process. This point has always been paramount in our work, always giving feedback to candidates on the results of the interviews.

Most HR professionals fail to give an answer to candidates after the interview, is that right?

Regarding candidates who were outside the profile desired by the company, we would notify them the next day, leaving the door open for a new opportunity. We were able to replace many candidates who were no longer selected and who had the desired profile for another company.

Another important point was to replace candidates who had excellent experience and who were old for the job market. I have always found this unacceptable, as we will all get older and still be productive.

My question is:

- And the experience gained over the years? - And the time dedicated to companies? - And the knowledge learned? - And the abdication of quality of life, family, leisure, in favor of work?

All this is discarded and forgotten, because at 40 years old a person is already old, at 50 years old he is old and at 60 years old he is gagá. Has anyone had this experience?

A few companies have HR professionals with a different policy and see a great opportunity in hiring more mature professionals. Blending with young professionals is an opportunity to achieve a balance of experiences.

I write this article because in addition to having experienced this scenario in working with recruitment and selection, I still realize that everything remains the same.

How can professionals who work exclusively with people, who specialize in the humanities, act in this way? It is important to say that at the beginning of this article, I said that I dedicate this text to professionals who identify with this attitude.

My job is to develop people through coaching and training processes. Love what I always do and seek improve myself and learn new content to offer a work of excellence for my clients. That's the goal when choosing to act in this area.

RH means working with Human Resources, or manage career plans and handle all processes related to personnel management of a company, starting with a selective process excellence, respecting the candidates in all respects, they being unable or unfit the seat occupancy.

Professionals working in the Human Resources area is the beginning to set an example of humanity, respect for others, strategic vision, love, citizenship, honesty and sparkle in the eyes. It is the validation of values, ethics and professionalism.

HR professionals have the responsibility and opportunity to make a difference in the lives of many people. A small attitude can change the course and expectations of many professionals.

Be the professional to always make a difference in people's lives.
