Do you know what life's biggest challenge is?

Quando mudamos nosso mindset começamos a olhar por novas perspectivas, desta forma, abrimos a mente para descobrir novos caminhos!
Do you know what is the biggest challenge in life? I understand that this question may have several different answers.
With time and everything I've been able to experience so far, I've learned that a good answer is to be grateful for everything that life offers, because if you look at it from a positive perspective, you'll understand that everything can be a learning experience and an opportunity for growth. We are given the chance every day to be better and more confident people, the fact is that when something displeases us, we tend to look at the negative side.
Our biggest enemy can be ourselves, because the human being has an incredible ability to self-sabotage, discredit himself and to diminish himself.
Have you ever stopped to think that we create problems where there are none or even value the negative side? Well, exercising the mind correctly is something so valuable that the impact it causes completely changes the lives of those who practice it in a positive way.
Emotional intelligence, when learned and practiced constantly, changes mindsets, significantly improving people's quality of life. All the clients I've attended who learned to identify their feelings and emotions through the practice of emotional intelligence, managed to improve their professional performance, relationships with family, friends and co-workers.
The strength we have in believing in our potential to be better at what we do is the energy we have to get up every morning and do our best during our day.
The other day my daughter asked me how I had so much energy early in the morning, I replied that just being alive, healthy, having my job and having her and her sister as daughters, was more than enough to wake everyone up. the days full of energy and thank God for the life I have. Realize that we have many things to make us happy and with a single event that we don't like, we make it the reason to sabotage us and make us sad.
Recognizing feelings and emotions is the beginning for us to have the emotional balance necessary to remain firm in our life purpose and walk towards our personal and professional success. Changing the mindset is a skill we have, just want to learn and make an effort to let the mind work in a constructive and conciliatory way.
It is important to remember, that the way is to improve what we already are, as opposed to trying to be better than others and frustrating ourselves for not achieving something that is far from our reach.
