Challenges of life, do you accept them?

I am hired by companies to "help" their professionals, usually managers. The focus of the companies is basically the same; technically the professional is excellent, understands a lot about their business, however their attitudes hamper their performance and their team. Often, they lose people from the team because of the manager's actions.
I was once called by HR and CEO to align what would be worked out with one of their managers. What surprised me, was that they thought he might need to do beyond Coaching, a therapy. They began to describe what was disrupting the performance of this director, I disagreed that his case would be therapy.
The fact was that he needed internal motivation to continue to develop. Faced with so many responsibilities and huge amount of work, he was working hard and with little performance. He was going through an internal personal war.
We started the coaching process of this manager. Already in the first session it was clear that we needed to work on his self-esteem. In fact, he was quite safe, however, he lost the course he was walking on his work. The coaching process helped him establish focus and challenge some beliefs that were limiting his performance what he was reflecting on his team.
I started another process with a director of a multinational company, where his behavior as leader was driving his entire team to madness. His authoritarianism and egocentrism was so sharp that the fear among the team had already become commonplace. The focus decided for us to work on the process was relationship. Early on, he realized that he needed to improve his behavior or be out of business.
In another process, the manager, was appointed as a leader with no pulse and little authority. He led a team of 20 people directly and 15 people indirectly. In a survey of all, the vision they had was the insecurity of their manager. He was appointed to work on his leadership in coaching.
These are some examples of development processes that I participated as Coach, where the common point among all to succeed, is to feel and accept what should be worked on. In order to have any change, it is essential to notice, regardless of what people say to you. The second step is to accept which changes are necessary.
In those processes I mentioned, everyone managed to achieve the proposed goals with a significant increase in performance. Everyone's quality of life increased, attitudes and decision making became more thoughtful and assertive.
For the development process to happen and achieve the desired result requires commitment to itself.
People often wait for a miracle, a fact that never happens. Putting your hand in the work and assuming that improvement is necessary in some ways is painful and uncomfortable. Even me, I often close my face when I am annoyed or some idea of mine goes unnoticed. I can work better on these issues, for I am aware that it is necessary to lower my guard to achieve anything I desire. Reviewing issues at all times can avoid unnecessary efforts and situations.
All the clients I serve can achieve the results defined and desired because, I can get them to think about what they really want for their lives and what it demands to wake up and BAM, start acting in your favor!
I make it clear from the outset that accepting the points to be improved is the beginning to form a lasting partnership. Without this acceptance, nothing can be done without a coaching process. The Coaching methodology is designed to help you to find the best way to achieve excellence in results. Simple, we will talk throughout the process about your behavior in dealing with the various situations that life imposes on you and that you accept. It is interesting to say that you impose your wills on others and yourself.
You know the coolest of it all, is to follow the session, every step of the evolution of each client, every conquest, every effort, every insight, each one looking more broadly and less selfish how they can improve, each smile that appears when they perceive things that were lost before, each show of intense happiness when realizing that everything was conquered because they decided to accept and see that he needed help to reason and put the whole mess in order.
It is comforting to be able to be a part of great changes and the beginning of new phases in people's lives.
Take the time to think about your life and how you are conducting your steps. Have you ever wondered how you make your decisions and how your actions reflect in others and in your life? We are all in constant development and evolution; realizing the points that need adjustment make life lighter and less stressful.
"Making a decision is deciding how much you want to face the consequences."
