Career, a passion, a life with a glow in the eyes

I often talk a lot about career when interviewed in the programs I participate in. And they usually ask me about the tips I can give to young professionals. The most precious tip I can give, unfortunately, will be miles away from being absorbed and experienced by many.

Passion for what you do and a glow in the eyes is the gold tip, most valuable and assertive for any young professional or mature professional.

Waking up every day and having passion and sparkle in the eyes makes a big difference to one who simply wakes up tired, bored with having to face work and clients.

We spend much of our life studying, learning, specializing and thinking about a promising future. When reality begins to manifest itself, tiredness, discouragement and the will to quit everything appear with incredible force, and thus life is passing. I know many people who live this cycle with a few peaks of happiness.

Understand that I am referring to people who are disillusioned with the career they have chosen. In fact, they are eternal disillusioned and victims of life. People who see difficulty and defeat in everything always put obstacles ahead and are unable to look at life as a sea of opportunities waiting to be discovered. Sad, but it is the reality of many people.

I closely follow unhappy people with the direction of their professional lives, and I admire that young professionals occupy prominent place in this list. This is very worrying, but where is the fault? The truth is that this has always happened, motivated people on one side and so many others very unmotivated.

My article is just for YOU, reader, to make a reflection on this subject, because it is part of all of us, invades our house, our family, our social circle. I, for example, am the glint in the eyes in person - I love what I do, but I live with people who are sad, unmotivated, victims of situations, completely blind and disoriented about the reality of raising their heads and building their own success story.

Look around you and count how many people you know are in this situation. This is a subject that can infect YOU. So, what are you going to do? I was infected by the inconvenience this causes me. I, with so much passion for my career, and many that I love and know with dull eyes, lackluster and without any passion.

I then decided to use my knowledge and positively infect the people who work with me. As I can decide who is on my team, I choose people who are willing to learn and develop. When I go to hire, I look for something that is called value in each one, that is, what is really important to the, where their wantto go and how they will do it. I encourage development, their skills and abilities and feed their dreams every day. I have a valuable team, because there is passion and glow in the eyes in every job they develop. And the result is always impeccable.

Our deepest wisdom is stored within each of us. We all have resources and can create them when we need them. Knowing how to use these features assertively and wisely is something that is possible.

Having a passion for a career is the same as loving someone. When we love a person, we want to live with them. Do YOU love your career? Do you want to live with it every day? Wake up to the best in YOU, discover a way to write your story and become a success story. In your life, YOU are the one who can make a difference.
